Shipping policy
Unless marked otherwise, all shipping and handling costs are calculated at checkout. On certain made-to-order items, handling time may take longer and that is listed in the item description. This is because each original painting or item is made specifically for you, when you order it.
Additionally, all pre-order items (such as prints) will take additional time to fulfill.
Local Pick Up
While we understand the desire for local pick-up, it is not currently offered store-wide and requests for local drop-off/ pick-up will only be granted in very limited circumstances and on a case-by-case basis.
If a request for local pick up is granted, Lollies Follies Studio will still charge a handling fee.
Important Note
In the limited circumstance where local pick up has been discussed, Lollies Follies Studio maintains the right to rescind the pick up agreement if the customer and Lollies Follies Studio have not arranged and executed an exchange within 7 business days (at the Studio’s discretion and regardless of which party/ parties was or were unable to conduct the exchange). In these cases, Lollies Follies Studio maintains the right to ship orders at the customer’s expense in the amount that would have been charged on the original order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please be advised that Lollies Follies Studio assumes no liability for packages lost or stolen during transit. In the event that you suspect your package has been misplaced or taken, we strongly recommend that you promptly file a claim with the carrier. Furthermore, for additional assistance, kindly reach out to our customer service team and provide your claim number so that we may be of further assistance.
